Join us for a beautiful afternoon of nature and sound in one of London's oldest ancient woodlands.
We will stroll in dappled forest, stretch, sing, chant and sound in the beauty of nature's own orchestra. We will explore nature and bushcrafts and then gather round the campfire for song and sharing, creating community through sharing voices and listening. Refresh your spirit and renew and restore yourself at this special mindful session.
