Women's Full Moon Singing Circle, Thursday, 16th Jan, London This is a wonderful way of coming together at the Full Moon to celebrate our voices and ourselves as a community of women. We will dive into the Divine Feminine through the power of song, sounding and chant. We will meditate on our fullness as women and connect to our deepest longings...and call in - as we raise our voices in an improvised circle song - the power of our being. The circle will start with some gentle breathing and movement exercises to settle and ground ourselves. Hannah will introduce the group to the symbolic meaning of the Full Moon in Cancer. In a safe and supportive way she will lead graded exercises which develop vocal confidence before leading into call and response singing, sounding and chanting culminating in an improvised circle song.
