February’s Full Moon is in Leo – the fiery sign of creativity and taking centre stage. Please join me to sing and meditate at the Full Moon on Thursday, 13th February at 7pm at St Gabriel’s Church Hall in Pimlico - £10 in advance or £12 on the door. This is a wonderful way of coming together at the Full Moon to celebrate through the power of song, sounding and chant. The circle will start with some gentle breathing and movement exercises to settle and ground ourselves as a preparation for singing with the whole body before moving into easy-to-learn songs and sounding all designed for you to free your voice. By tapping into your emotional storeroom through singing out you can begin to call in what is most dear to you. NO SINGING EXPERIENCE NEEDED, JUST BRING YOURSELF!
