We had another amazing evening at Leyton Yoga, sharing our world of sound and vibration.
If you have never received a sound bath, we would love to share this with you. If you have been before each time is different and you can take yourself deeper into your inner world. Michael and I will be playing some of our wonderful instruments used for healing and transformation which includes Tibetan Bowls, Symphonic Gongs . some mantras, overtone singing and many other healing sounds.
We will begin the evening this time by taking a physical journey into the world of moving chi kung by using the Eight Golden Psychodynamic exercises which were developed by the Shaolin Monks to create healing and wellness in the body and mind. After connecting physically, we move more into the subtle realms and will chant the Bija mantra(seed syllables) connecting us to the chakras/energy centres. We will prepare to receive a long sound bath with some gentle pranayama and come into a restorative Savasana, allowing us to surrender and receive some deep vibrational sounds from the amazing Tibetan Singing Bowls and Symphonic gongs.
