In this playshop we will connect with energy of Durga, goddess of courage. We will use the transformative wave of Shakti Dance to plant our roots deep in the support of Mother Earth, bringing us the strength to live from our truth, soaring up to our full potential.
Shakti Dance is a combination of flowing yoga stretches (asanas), energising dance steps, expressive free dance meditation, relaxation, mantra with movement, and silence; which puts us in touch with our true nature, pure consciousness, our shining light within.
