Would you like to learn the basic principles of sound therapy whilst enjoying a sunshine break in Andalucía?
Get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life by unwinding in the Ayurveda & Seminar Hotel Luna & Sol Costa del Sol, where body, mind and soul can get into harmony. The hotel has been built according to the principles of Vastu-Shastra, a 500 years old Indian building tradition. Staying in this beautiful accommodation for 6 days or longer if you wish, Christine Heckel will host several 4-hours courses spread across 4 consecutive mornings or afternoons from Monday to Thursday, allowing you to learn sound massage and also time to take advantage of the beach, pool and sunshine during your stay.
Spend your free time enjoying the charms of the surroundings of the Hotel, and then during the courses you can familiarise yourself with the theory and practical skills needed to perform sound massages for private use and for professionals to integrate it into their therapy work.
Upon completion you will receive a certificate from the Peter Hess Academy Spain, which is recognised by the Peter Hess Institute in Germany - and if you wish take authentic Peter Hess Therapy Singing Bowls home with you!
No previous experience or qualifications necessary!

• Information about various types of singing bowls and mallets
• Sound massage theory
• Experience sensation of the sound in the body
• Demonstration of the basic sound massage
• Guided implementation of the basic sound massage in pairs
• Independent practice of the sound massage in pairs
