A sound bath that takes place on the 1st Sunday of the month to help you rejuvenate and set monthly intentions and goals.
The session use's Drums, Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs and Percussion.
The tones are rich, pure and vibrant, and most sound participants find them deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.
