Music appears in all yogic traditions in the form of Naad Yoga, the yoga of sound.
Professor Surinder Singh is a gifted musician, composer and teacher.
His clear and humorous way of communicating North Indian spiritual music and the science behind it inspires people around the world. He makes this extraordinary concept accessible and motivates them to start an exciting and transformative journey to the self and to the origin of the sound.
Through exercises in listening, breathing, rhythm and singing, as well as through special Naad Yoga meditations, workshop participants are directly inspired and given precise instructions to connect to themselves deep within.
The concert performance enables the audience to become acquainted with the magnificent Indian instruments Saranda, Rabab, Dilruba and Tabla/Jori.
