A 'Sound Bath' is an opportunity for you to totally relax. To forget the world for a time and to be 'bathed' in sound and its vibration. You will experience the sounds and vibrations of many unusual and fascinating instruments including, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, crystal bowls, bells, rain sticks, shakers and rattles.
