I am so excited to be able to host this event. An all night gong bath is not something I can do on my own, so I’m teaming up with Craig from Soulshine.life in York to put this on. Eight glorious hours of the healing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, percussion, mantra and more. Bring along your duvet or sleeping bag, a pillow and whatever else you need to keep you comfy (there are some floor mats, blankets and eye masks at the studio, but you are welcome to bring whatever you need) and settle down for an EIGHT HOUR sound bath! The All Night Gong Puja begins on Saturday 24 November. Arrive for 9.30pm, and settle down for a 10pm start as Nicola and Craig take you on a journey of gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, mantra, percussion and more. Stay awake or drift off to sleep as the mood takes you. We finish at 6am on Sunday 25 November. Book your ticket now.
