Close your eyes and let the pleasant sounds of the singing bowls resonate throughout your body, promoting a sense of calm, balance and wellbeing, whilst Christine encourages you to follow your own path towards spiritual development and contentment.
Christine is a fully trained Sound Relaxation Coach authorised to teach sound massage by the Peter Hess Academy Spain using therapy singing bowls and her natural empathy and passion for promoting personal growth and inner harmony, will be felt by everyone who attends.
If you would like to develop your spirituality on a regular basis to become more aware of what makes you tick and feel that you would benefit from guidance within a friendly group, then this class is definitely for you.
