You are invited to join Miska on inspiring yogic immersion - a 4 day retreat in a quirky country hotel in South Devon. This nurturing retreat offers you an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, learn about science and history, join discussions and lectures on various yogic topis, meditation and star gazing. We will practice yoga in an amazing healing space - a renovated private chapel, which is a home to the most amazing artwork.
This retreat is suitable for yoga teachers as well as beginning students, and all levels in between,as a variety of classes will be on offer.
The program is full, but you can choose to participate in as many or as few sessions as you wish, enjoying as much free time as you need.
The program:
* 8 Yoga sessions to suit a variety of levels (creative hatha, strong vinyasa, candlelit yin/hatha flow)
* Morning breathing practices
* Evening relaxation and meditation
* Lectures on yogic science and interractive discussions
* Full board delicious organic veggie meals (including a veggie sunday roast)
* Evening gatherings of chanting, drumming and stargazing through a telescope
Cost £329 includes Full board and lodging, all the yoga sessions and yoga related activities
not included is travel to Loddiswell, although some people will be able to give lift in their cars.
