"Embracing The Light ” is a special workshop and ritual for the Winter Solstice facilitated by Gavin Frank & Francesca Melluzzi.
This immersive workshop combines voice, movement, and mindfulness practices designed to help transition into the new season with clarity and peace.
What to Expect
Chanting & Voice Work: Unleash the healing power of sound.
Somatic Movement to Release & Let Go: Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.
Journaling for Reflection & Intentions: Reflect on the past year and set meaningful goals.
Guided Relaxation (Yoga Nidra with Live Music): Sink into deep relaxation supported by live soundsapes.
Collective Chanting & Gratitude Practice: End the evening with a shared gratitude practice.
No vocal or yogic experience required.
