You are bathed in the sounds of beautiful gongs (plus Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls and more, which bring you into a deeply relaxed state. You simply lay, fully clothed, snuggled in a blanket on the floor and let the sounds wash over you. A gong bath is a beautiful form of sound therapy and meditation which leaves you feeling really marvellous - 'blissed out'!
