"Singing the Five Elements” is an online workshop via Zoom. This session is an introduction to the five elements- earth, water, fire, air and ether. We will dive wholeheartedly into ourselves using the power of chant and mantra, bodywork, free voice, the Indian scale and improvisation, to explore the deepest sound of our being. No vocal experience needed.
