Step into the transformative energy of the Autumn Equinox—a time of balance between light and dark—through the powerful fusion of 5Rhythms dance and authentic voice work. Join facilitators Irem Luqman and Gavin Frank for a soulful weekend of embodied movement and vocal expression, where we explore these practices both in their own right and in creative union.
Whether you're new or experienced, this weekend offers a safe, dynamic space to move, sound, release, and reconnect.
What to Expect:
Dance the Five Rhythms waves: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness
Explore your voice through vocal maps, free vocal improvisation, chant, and mantra
