The Autumn Equinox marks the beginning of Autumn, and day and night are of equal length. It is a celebration of the harvest and an opportunity to give gratitude for growth and expansion. This weekend will be an exploration of the light and dark, enabling us to receive and embody the deepest sound of our being using major and minor modes, mantras, movement, medicine songs, improvisation, breath work, meditation and much more! No voice experience needed.
