Stepping into 2025 with Confidence and Clarity:
As the New Year dawns, it can bring the energy of possibility—a time to reset, recharge, and realign with our deepest intentions. Join me for a transformative workshop designed to awaken your voice and spirit through the power of chant, mantra, body movement, and improvisation. Together, we will tap into our
potential, embracing that sense of a new beginning. This workshop is a space to regenerate—both physically and creatively—by reconnecting with your inner voice and the rhythms of your body. Through dynamic vocal practices and exploratory movement, we will cultivate confidence, direction, and trust as we step boldly into 2025. Whether you’re looking to recharge your batteries or rekindle your sense of purpose, this session offers tools to align your voice with your intentions, helping you navigate the year ahead with renewed clarity and joy. We will meet via ZOOM. Once booked I will send details of how to connect. You will need to download Zoom on your phone or computer. If you are unable to make the session you can watch on catchup available for one week.
