Join Narayani on a journey of exploration of your own voice through the mediums of chant, mantras, spontaneous song and movement. Through voicework, movement and chanting you can deepen your connection to your voice, open your heart and access the sound that comes from within. By using the voice, without any need for previous singing experience, we will help develop confidence and explore how it can be used as a heart opening tool, leading to self healing and self expression, and can help to transform emotions leading us to a place of inner peace. This workshop is suitable for everyone Narayani is a devotional singer, voice work facilitator and yoga teacher. Her personal journey with yoga and sound, and the discovery of her powerful and deeply resonant voice had such a profound and transformative impact on her life that she passionately shares this through devotional music and chanting, voice circles and workshops, as well as teaching yoga. She has trained with Chloe Goodchild and the Naked Voice as a voicework facilitator. She is currently furthering her Yoga teacher training with the Krishnamacharya Healing &Yoga Foundation. \"Narayani is a walking song.
