Nourish your inner landscape and embrace May energies with Taoist inner meditations of Inner Smile, Healing Sounds, gentle Qigong, ceremony and toning on this online Zoom event co-hosted by Ali Howard-Jones. The spiraling pathways of the heart and small intestine are sparked into flowing vitality as the Taoist Fire element is cultivated, balanced and enhanced by our practices. The immune system is boosted as the illuminated resonant heart returns to it’s natural state of limitless unconditional love and acceptance to allow the expression of our highest life purpose … and to feel really good!
The session closes with toning sound to assimilate healing flow in the body and surroundings.
