A day of exploration, initiating movement and yoga flow from the centre of the body, experiencing the embodied voice, connecting self, voice and movement. We start the day with a gentle warm up and exploration, bringing awareness to the centre of the body. As the day goes on we will add sound to enhance yoga practice. The afternoon will begin with a relaxation and soundbath, followed by vocal toning, ending with a simple mantra. No singing experience necessary, suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
