This retreat is the part 1 and beginning of the journey of the 5 part sound healing training programme offered by the College of Sound Healing. The weekend is highly experiential and helps participants find their harmonious inner sounds, appreciate the ways in which sounds can effect them on many levels and discover how sound and the voice are such good mediams for healing. All retreats at Primrose Haven are residential in the beautiful natural and sacred environment at the Haven and this facilitates good group bonding and provides an important grounding element whilst on this deep sound healing journey.
