A lovely relaxing and useful afternoon helping you prepare your mind and body for all kinds of birth with relaxation techniques, a guided relaxation then immersed in beautiful sounds with range of healing and calming instruments. Time at the end for a drink and a chat.
The session will be facilitated by Shirley Stump, Hypnobirth Teacher, Doula, Lifemusic Facilitator and Sound Healing Practitioner.
Come to relax and unwind at the stunning Night Pastures Yurt in Fernhurst.
I will take you on a guided visualisation, filling your whole body and baby with relaxation, calmness and positivity.
I will surround you with range of beautiful instruments enveloping you with their gentle yet powerful healing sounds. Taking you deeper into relaxation and embedding their positive sensations deep down into your cells.
Giving your mind and body time and space to just be still and rest.
You will leave lighter, refreshed and with positive affirmations that will hopefully continue to have a positive effect on you during the days that follow.
We will be laying down so to make yourself comfortable please bring:
a yoga mat or duvet to fold over to lay on
a pillow
a blanket
cosy socks if needed
bottle of water

Parking – drive up and park either side on the gravel at the entrance to the field, front or back of car facing bush/fence (not sideways) to ensure all cars can fit in nicely.
Please note these classes are held on a farm and yurts are off road in a field so I recommend wellies in wet weather
