During this day we will explore the fundemental nature of sound and how this interacts with the subtle level of our being. We will discover more about how sound can be used to connect with all that is, with the universal consciousness and our energy system. This workshop is highly experiential and no previous knowledge or experience is necessary. We will work with Gongs, drum, voice, Himalayan and crystal bowls.
