LIGHT
The step into the radiate power of light as the purest source of life and awakening. Explore both visible and subtle spectrums, and learn how light can activate cellular intelligence, expand your consciousness and align you with your highest potential.
SOUND
We then explore the healing power of sound to balance the body, calm the mind and awaken higher states of consciousness.
