Reiki 1 is for your own personal use & to treat family & friends (& pets!). It includes information on the history of Reiki (as we know it), tuition on hand positions for treating self & others, the Reiki principles, guidance on the use of Reiki, & other relevant topics. The four attunements will be given spaced evenly throughout this weekend course, which will enable you to bring Reiki into your life as a healing tool. Reiki is simple & subtle but very powerful!
