Learn many different mudra (sacred hand postures) and mantra for personal transformation and 'wholing'. Crystal bowl and gong sound will deepen the process as we raise our consciousness and facilitates a healing space. During the day we will work towards developing the mantra and mudra so you can tailor make a practice to suit your individual needs. At the end of the day we will take part in ceremonies within the Chalice Well and the White Spring where we will put into practice what we have learned and connect with the energy of these sacred places.
