A creative day of Dru Yoga Dance, Shakti Dance, poetry and Kirtan. This workshop has been designed to lift our creative energy and prana (life force) through the use of specific yoga movements, mudras, yoga nidra, meditation, sound, sacred mantra, conscious music and spoken word.
10am - 10:15am Arrivals / Welcome
10:15am – 12:15pm Shakti Dance with Haripyari
12:15pm - 1:15pm Lunch
1:15pm - 1:30pm Yoga Nidra with Haripyari
1:30pm - 4pm Dru Yoga Dance with Jo Bertzeletos & DJ Darshana
6:30 to 8:30pm: Kirtan with Haripyari and Bex Burch
