UK, SHROPSHIRE - Sound Healing Sundays: The Power of Musical Intervals, Trixi Field, Ellesmere private address - this will be given on booking, 25 Jan 2015
This one will be a session on “The Power of Musical Intervals”. I’ll be giving a brief introduction on musical intervals, what they are, a brief overview of research on their health-giving properties, and we’ll have the opportunity to listen to (and benefit from) sung musical intervals (available from the College of Sound Healing), musical intervals performed on tuning forks specially crafted for sound healing. We will also be toning the intervals together, in order to experience them and benefit more directly from them. Don’t worry if you think you can’t sing in tune – this is not a choir rehearsal!
As always, the session is free but a small donation to the College of Sound Healing’s charity, Sound4Healing would be welcomed. Sound4Healing aims to be able to fund very much needed research into sound healing; already there are plans to support research into the effects of Sound Healing for people with dementia, with other projects on the way.
The session is at a private home, so if you haven’t been before and would like to join us, do email and I’ll send you more details. As this is a private address, it will be given out in full once your booking has been made.
There is no charge per se, but a donation of whatever you think appropriate would be appreciated, which will go to the College's charity, Sound4Healing.
It is essential to book, as places are somewhat limited.
