We invite you to join us for a journey within ourselves. Sound journeying is a way to find deep relaxation, learning, healing and a strong connection with oneself and the greater Universe. This is done through the vibration, harmony and resonance of very special musical instruments from around the world. All the instruments are played live as participants relax comfortably in a sacred, safe and protected space. You will be guided by your senses through the sounds, aromas and vibrations of the shamanic realms to a place within yourself. Here it is possible to awaken and connect with many emotions and knowledge. Living in a modern society our minds, bodies and souls will build up defences to protect ourselves from many potentially damaging influences that are around us. Through the process of journeying we can learn to see and feel through these layers to our inner self where we can be once again reunited with our true essence. From this place sounds and vibrations can help us to remember a collective ancestral past that we all share and the knowledge that exists there.

About the facilitators:
Belen is sound therapist and has been playing the Native American flute for 10 years. She lives in Bristol where she gives flute workshops and plays at several events. She also gives sessions of sound therapy both one to one and groups. She believes in the importance of reconnecting with nature for healing and she encourage to play the flute outdoors. She attended nature therapy training and occasionally runs nature connection activities for groups.
Rikk is a professional musician. He has also been creating and playing Native American flutes for over 25 years and his connection with these incredible instruments runs deep in his heart and soul. He runs workshops in many countries around the world teaching people how to make Native American flutes as well as how to play them so that we may heal ourselves and others through the songs of our hearts.
