Come and explore sound and silence through sacred chants, traditional folksongs, drumming and simple movement. Open to all, you don’t need any prior experience. Working with sound in a group helps to build confidence and is a different way to develop meditative practice. It’s held at Eubotic Holistic at 93 Tettenhall Road, a lovely centre that offers yoga classes and holistic treatments.
