Freedom is the third of three themes or essential doorways. The theme is repeated every 3 months, but the content, the processes, the sound weavings are not. Freedom: this is the freedom from self, from the beliefs that limit. There is a death process involved, in which old ways fall away. There is a birth process, in which a new person is born who is now free of the weights and chains that made life hell.
