Soul Notes of the Planets – Ideal for those who wish to set serious cosmic intention in their lives through an amazing 2 hour journey through the solar system using all our planet gongs. Out into the Cosmos and returning transformed. This is the highlight of our gong month, a really unique sound experience. Join us for blast-off before 2pm. All the sound sessions are powerful experiences as the vibration of the gongs create a deep state of meditation, they also release particles of quantum energy which surround and work on your body. There is nothing for you to do except sit or recline in comfort and allow the sounds to wash over you or through you. A guided visualisation at the beginning helps aid the relaxation.
