Come and join a heart centred day retreat for women on the 11th September, set within the beautiful space at Hawkwood. A well curated and soulful day of workshops led by six experienced practitioners with over 120 years experience between them including opening ceremony, yoga with Angie Cottrell, Emotional Freedom Technique with advanced practitioner Emily Andrew, make your own organic meditation balm with award winning Cotswold Remedies, singing with Sophie Sterckx, soundbath led by Rachael Thorogood and Jayne Tricker and her hand built ceramic sound bowls and all supported by Corrine Saha. It’s going to be a special day where you will feel held and supported as you reconnect with yourself. Price also includes a two course organic vegan lunch, homemade cake and unlimited drinks and a hand printed gift bag and contents worth over £55.
