Do you love playing the flute? Would you like to improve your flute skills in an encouraging and supportive environment? Elisabeth’s focus is on helping you to make real progress in your flute-playing journey. This intensive course includes flute choir, chamber music, and technique classes. There will also be yoga and Feldenkrais sessions to deal with tension in your playing and the opportunity to work on issues around performance anxiety. Elisabeth Hobbs is an internationally-acclaimed flautist, teacher and ensemble director. She specialises in working with adult students through Flutes Inspired. She is editor of the flute magazine PAN, and is currently collaborating with Sir James Galway on his biography. In addition to individual and group tuition, Elisabeth brings an expert accompanist, a teacher of Feldenkrais body work and a gentle yoga session during the week.
