The sculpting workshop extends the Psychophonetics tools for self-awareness and personal development. It introduces tools for communication with oneself and others, for expression, transformation, creation and healing.
Sculpting is a potential tool for awakening to the personal dynamics of one's life.
The activity of shaping 3-dimensional forms in clay outside of oneself can express and externalise the inner dynamics and formative forces which harbour all the layers of one's experience, underlying and controlling one's behaviour both inwardly and outwardly. Awakening to one's hidden dynamics leads to perspective and understanding, to healing and to accessing one's greater potential.
The process of sculpting is in itself a process of awakening to and of cooperating with the formative forces in the world of nature at large, with all the potential of wisdom, of beauty and of healing contained within it.
Psychophonetics is a creative pathway for self-awareness, self-management and self-transformation, engaging the deep intelligence of body awareness, expressive movement, spontaneous visualisations and the sounds of human speech.
