A lovely relaxing and informative morning helping you prepare your mind and body for all kinds of birth with relaxation techniques, a guided relaxation then immersed in beautiful sounds with range of healing and calming instruments. Time at the end for a drink and a chat.
The session will be facilitated by Shirley Stump, Hypnobirth Teacher, Doula, Lifemusic Facilitator and Sound Healing Practitioner.
Come to relax and unwind at the stunning Night Pastures Yurt in Fernhurst.
You can arrive from 9.45am but no earlier please as I will be setting up and no entry after 10am start time as this could disturb the session.
We will be laying down so to make yourself comfortable please bring:
a yoga mat or duvet to fold over to lay on
a pillow
a blanket
cosy socks if needed
bottle of water

Parking – drive up and park either side on the gravel at the entrance to the field, please park side to side not front to back to ensure all cars can fit in nicely.
Please note these classes are held on a farm and yurts are off road in a field so I recommend wellies in wet weather
