Starting on 8th September, join me on Thursday mornings online to explore your electric body, combining Yoga and Biofield Tuning (the work of Eileen McCusick).
Each week we’ll explore different parts of the physical and energy body through Yoga and Biofield Tuning. Each session will include a brief introduction, bringing awareness to the area through various yoga practices/postures and then tuning what I find.
A guided journey to help identify any blocks and help them to clear. With the aim of becoming lighter, brighter, more coherent and aligned.

8 Sept Ground Beneath Our Feet and Getting Unstuck (the feet and knees)
15 Sept Solid Foundations (the root)
22 Sept Living an inspired Life (the sacral)
29 Sept Reclaiming Your Power (the solar plexus)
6 Oct Opening and Resting in Love (the heart)
13 Oct Resonance of Truth (the throat)
20 Oct Widening your lens and Stepping into the Cosmic Dance (3rd eye and Crown)

We’ll also look at simple ways to Raise Your Voltage.
Thursday mornings online via zoom starting 8th September for 7 weeks
9.30am - 11am (UK time).
Sessions will be recorded and anyone that's signed up will be included and receive the benefits, whether you're able to be there live or watching/practicing at another time.
The cost is £84 per person for the 7 week course or £15 per individual session.
