Sounding your intention - And the power of sound to release, shift and balance.
At the beginning of the weekend we will each make an intention to work with. We will then explore
the power of sound to express, shift and promote balance in every part of ourselves. We will use
simple vocal techniques such as humming, toning, intuitive sound and mantra, supported and
enhanced by sound healing instruments. All of this will help to energise and amplify your intention
so it may unfold through the following weeks and months.
I will treat you to a healing sound bath and relaxing sound meditations that will guide through the process.
Claridge house is peaceful and restorative in itself and the staff are wonderfully kind and supporting. They will provide us with lovingly cooked wholesome, vegetarian meals and are always happy to help if we need anything.
