Julia's unique blend of therapeutic yoga styles, yoga philosophy and Hanna Somatics is a gentle, subtle and very effective approach to wellbeing through breath and gentle movement. Alistair will support and enhance practices with music and sound healing. There will be a restorative soundbath and the opportunity to have a one-to-one treatment.
The main focus of this retreat will be to rebuild our mental and physical health and wellbeing as we emerge from the stress and difficulties of 2020 and 2021 into a new world. We will focus on practices that restore the nervous system, reduce anxiety and build inner strength, confidence and resilience.
