Explore* Express* Experiment By exploring the connections between voice, body and soul, we are enabled to express what is found there. A creative combination of vocal techniques, movement and bodywork will be used to experiment, releasing the power of our natural voices in a safe, supportive environment. We will tune into our bodies, breath and voices: doing whatever is needed to get ourselves into the flow where we can fully embody the voice. Attention will be given to listening to ourselves, each other and the stillness between the sounds. There will be time to play with and enjoy soundscapes, rhythm games and simple improvisations. The singing of chants honouring Mother Earth rounds off the day.
