Season themed weekend courses offering Healing Sound, breath-work and meditation with Taoist/Chi-Kung movement practices which harmonise the energy pathways of the body in the inspiring environment of sacred sites in North Cornwall. Autumn season: Harvesting the autumn element of Nature, this course is for those who want to reconnect to the limitless chi energy flowing within the body supported by Nature in the magnificent Rocky Valley/Tintagel area. We will practise healing sound with gentle yet powerful movements and principles of Tai-chi and Chi-Kung to rejuvenate and harmonise emotional, physical, mental and spiritual levels of energy. Practical details: Places are limited to 12 per group and each course is suitable for complete beginners or those experienced in Sound and Chi practice. There will be indoor preparations for outdoor experiences. You need to bring a blanket/cushion, packed lunches, outdoor footwear and clothing to allow for walking in changeable weather conditions of sun, wind rain.
