Season themed weekend courses offering Healing Sound, breath-work and meditation with Taoist/Chi-Kung movement practices which harmonise the energy pathways of the body in the inspiring environment of sacred sites in North Cornwall. Spring season: Focusing on the Spring element of Nature, learn a toolkit of practices including 'inner smile' meditations, healing sound and Tai-chi/Chi-Kung movements to clear space and release blockage in the body to access new potential and vitality. Practical details: Places are limited to 12 per group and each course is suitable for complete beginners or those experienced in Sound and Chi practice. There will be indoor preparations for outdoor experiences. You need to bring a blanket/cushion, packed lunches, outdoor footwear and clothing to allow for walking in changeable weather conditions of sun, wind rain.
