Season themed weekend courses offering Healing Sound, breath-work and meditation with Taoist/Chi-Kung movement practices which harmonise the energy pathways of the body in the inspiring environment of sacred sites in North Cornwall. Winter season: Focusing on the winter element of Nature, the aim of this course is to conserve and restore energy ready for winter. We will learn healing sounds with Tai-chi/Chi-Kung movements and meditation practices to connect with the internal organs and body systems to release blockage, bring in Chi energy and awaken natural self-healing abilities. Practical details: Places are limited to 12 per group and each course is suitable for complete beginners or those experienced in Sound and Chi practice. There will be indoor preparations for outdoor experiences. You need to bring a blanket/cushion, packed lunches, outdoor footwear and clothing to allow for walking in changeable weather conditions of sun, wind rain.
