Saturday Sanctuary is a monthly women-only session where we make time for self care and introspection.
In this four-hour session, our time together will be spent meditating, journalling, meditative dancing, gong bathing and creating. We’ll also have a sacred cacao ceremony.
Small group size to allow for an intimate session. All materials provided.
