“The way in which man can find his own place is to tune his instrument to the keynote of the chord to which he belongs.” Hazrat Inayat Khan, The Music of Life A day’s retreat to sing and embrace the tunes of your heart Come and tune your body , heart , and soul , share simple songs from different traditions, pray, laugh, create, resonate and celebrate together. This is a time to connect to the source of your being. We will work with song, prayer, dance, movement, breath, rhythm, silence, toning and visualisation, to bring us into our sacred heart space and honour and share the unique creative voice in each and every person. The workshop is open to all. There is no need to know how to sing! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion and blanket if possible.
