Come and be part of this never held before event of singing prayers and gratitude back into our lands via the Michael and Mary energy lines. Singers and dowsers will be gathering all along the lines from Cornwall to Norfolk for a short ceremony, consisting of a communal chant and other songs, tonings and prayers. Dowsers will do their stuff before and afterwards to see how the earth responds. Below is a fuller article with details for how to be involved. Blessings Danu Nationwide Sing & Dowse of the Michael and Mary Ley Lines Sat 5 May at 3pm. This pioneering event brings dowsers and singers together to inject a huge dose of love and gratitude into mother earth through two of our major ley lines which stretch from Land’s End to the coast of Norfolk. The Michael and Mary lines, dowsed by the late Hamish Miller of Trencrom in Cornwall and Paul Broadhurst, pass through many major ancient sites including St Michael’s Mount, The Hurler’s (on Bodmin Moor), Brentor, Glastonbury Tor, Avebury , Royston Cave, Bury St Edmunds and Hopton Church. Dowsers will do their measuring before and after the ceremony to see how the earth responds. The ceremony is about ‘giving back’ to the earth and asking that we come into right relationship with her, that we truly learn how to live in balance and harmony with our ‘more-than-human’ world. On a global scale this event at Beltane contributes to the lead up to the partial solar eclipse over the Pacific on 20 May during which old established outmoded ways of being may fall away. November 2012 sees another eclipse again over the Pacific heralding the phoenix rising, the birth of a new way of being for humans, one based on compassion, balance and harmony with all beings of this earth. These changes are part of the old prophesies regarding 2012. (see the work of Marcus Mason and Sue Weaver) We know our human created reality is out of balance. Connecting with our lands by listening, dowsing, singing is one way to bridge the gap and reconnect. How to get involved: 1.Have a look at the Earth Singers Facebook page or Songbear Music website for more information, then 2.Decide where you would like to sing. (Go where your instinct draws you.). 3.Gather a group of friends/singers/earthworkers together if you’d like others to accompany you! 4.Log on to the Earth Singers page or email to register your name and where you’ll be, you can then be linked to dowsers in your area. 5.Download the communal chant to be sung by all groups at 3pm (This will posted online in a few weeks time) 6.Choose a further couple of chants/songs . The singing can include toning, humming, favourite chants, spoken prayers and gratitudes. 7.The ceremony should be about 10 – 20 min long, that’s all, it’s the strength of our intent that counts. 8.You can include drumming and other instruments. 9.You can include the giving of flowers and other biodegradable offerings. 10.Begin and end the ceremony with silence and greeting and thanking the spirit of the place/the lines. 11.After the event post your feedback on the Earth Singers Facebook page or drop an email to Danu: [email protected] Event contact: Danu Fox, Earth Singers Programme: Earth Singers Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Earth-Singers/281119381943225 www.songbearmusic.co.uk email: [email protected] Useful related information: British Society of Dowsers: www.britishdowsers.org 2012 and Beyond: Marcus Mason and Sue Weaver of www.heavenandearth.org.uk
