This is one day workshop for anyone who would like to explore an amazing potential of Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowls, for personal use and for treating friends, family and even pets! Also for therapists who are interested in introducing the bowls into their practice, and for anyone who would like to experience a magic effect of these instruments when 'bathed' in their sound for all day. You will learn various playing tech...niques, how to give a singing bowls sound massage and how to use them in a daily life. Singing bowls relax, heal, spiritualise, accompany deep meditation and shamanic practices. Himalayan bowls massage can be a wonderful gift to your loved ones, and a beautiful way to spend your time with them! There will be tea, biscuits, fruits and light snacks on the day. Participants are very welcome to bring home-made vegetarian salads to share with others on a lunch brake. The day will end with a gongbath. Cost £70. Number of participants is limited to 8.
