If you are interested in working with your voice to uncover and work with hidden (and known) aspects of your being, raise consciousness, find inner peace, release energy imbalances, connect with other realms, the landscape and the sacred site of Sonehenge then this workshop is for you!
During the first day we will use a combination of Tai-chi style movements and Mudra Yoga (sacred hand postures) combined with the voice and conscious breath work to move energy, transform, relax and renew. The techniques can be used following the workshop for self-healing and transformation.
The Peruvian Whistling Vessels aim to enhance the process, bringing our awareness to new depths of our being.
The following morning we will meet at Stonehenge for a private group session inside the stones where we will put our techniques into practice as our systems interact with the energy of this wonderful sacred place. The workshop ends on Sunday morning after our session at Stonehenge.
