Have you found your true voice? Would you like to enhance your voice and learn how to work within your inner landscape to help raise consciouness and improve your life, health and wellbeing? Would you like to use your voice to connect with the landscape and work with the energy of the Earth and all things? Would you like the relationship between your voice and the landscape to inspire you to create a path of even more beauty in your life?
This workshop could be for you. Inspire is from the Latin "inspirare", meaning "to blow or breathe into or upon . . . to infuse by the breath".
In order to breathe in (to become inspired) we need to let go. This workshop is about letting go, releasing and finding our true song tuning in to who you are and linking with the source of creation.
Anyone with any voice is welcome. It does not matter if you have never had any formal voice training or if you are an accomplished singer.
During this workshop we will use breath, gentle movement, visualisation and voice to move energy through the body. We will learn how to detect and help clear imbalances on all levels of being (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) and how to improve our health and raise our consciousness with the voice.
We will explore our heart song, toning the chakras and inspirational voice work. We will explore the power of group voice and mantra.
Starting with our inner landscape we then move to the outer, finding out how to interact with sacred spaces with our voices. We will have an evening session at Wells Cathedral in the beautiful 'Lady Chapel' and the following morning we will have a private session within Stonehenge.
These two sacred sites are reported to be the place where perpetual choirs once sang to keep the energy lines of the earth balanced. Together we will rekindle this ancient practice.
